RAY White Land Marketing has launched its new $180 million master-planned Monterea Ripley residential village in the western growth corridor of Ipswich.
The 900-home, 146-acre village is being developed by Gerry and Patrick McHale within the Ripley Valley.
Lots range from 300sqm to 531sqm, with land prices starting from $166,000.
Ray White Land Marketing director Jamie Martin said 20 sales had been achieved so far in the first stage of the project, with the first stage release of 53 lots currently under construction and expected to be complete in May.
Stage two has also commenced, and will consist of 53 lots also.
“The market appetite for affordable lots in a high-quality master-planned village which features large areas of parklands, recreational and retail amenities including sporting ovals, supermarket, cafes and retail specialties has been a major attraction for buyers,” Martin said.
Monterea Ripley’s Green Space Master Plan will dedicate more than 22 acres to green open space, open to turfed areas for kick and play, an adventure playground, BBQ shelters and water fountains, sheltered picnic areas, walkways, multi-sports court and public amenities.
Monterea Ripley will be located next door to a proposed 8,000sqm shopping centre, including a major supermarket, specialty retail shops and commercial precinct with a total of 636 car parks.
Ripley Valley is expected to be home to about 120,000 people over the next 20 years, and construction has begun on the $1.5 billion Ripley Town Centre, which will feature commercial and retail spaces, a dining precinct, regional transit hub and community, residential and entertainment facilities.
