MELBOURNE's first cold-press juice offering, Pressed Juices, has leased a laneway store at 10 Howey Place in the CBD.
Fitzroys city retail team negotiated the eight-year lease for 20 sqm of space at $3,000 per sqm. The latest deal follows the recent letting by Fitzroys of 78 sqm to Pressed Juices at 286 Toorak Rd South Yarra for six years.
Fitzroys city retail leasing executive Michael Rainey said the deal with Pressed Juices is a product of the resurgence in leasing enquiry currently seen throughout Melbourne.
“We’re seeing businesses again looking to further expand their presence,” he added.
Pressed Juices managing director Leo Pegoli said the new Howey Place outlet will be its ninth store in Australia and sixth in Melbourne.
