THE former home of Chatswood institution Fook Yuen seafood restaurant has been listed for lease, making the podium-level space at 7 Help Street available for the first time in more than 30 years.
Fook Yuen closed in October last year, and the 941 sqm space within the nine-storey building at the junction of Railway Streets is being leased by CBRE’s Amy Pfeiffer and James Beerwoth.
Pfeiffer said the high profile space could suit a large-scale food and beverage operation, fitness or education facility, medical user or office.
The property is offered with 10 security car spaces and a single lock-up garage, and has a commercial grade kitchen with existing connections to grease and exhaust extraction.
