ROAD building contractor Delcon Civil Pty Ltd has bought a brand new industrial facility at Carrum Downs in Melbourne’s outer south-east.
The company is believed to have paid around $500,000 for unit 1 at 37 Yazaki Way, which comprises a 377 sqm office and warehouse unit.
Savills Australia divisional director Joseph Catanese, who negotiated the deal, said Delcon had wanted to move closer to clients and EastLink, and that the Carrum Downs location had provided the best solution with close proximity to both EastLink and the Frankston-Dandenong Rd.
The vendor was Melbourne based developer Elite Property Group.
