SALTA Properties has secured aged care facilitator Allity as an office tenant at its Victoria Gardens precinct at Richmond in Melbourne's inner east.
Allity Aged Care has signed a five-year, $950,000 deal for 555 sqm of space.
Salta Properties senior asset manager Arna Harvey said a rare vacancy gave Allity the opportunity to join long term tenants DMG Radio and Ansell at the multi-level complex, relocating from its current offices in South Melbourne to accommodate its business expansion.
