ONE of the few remaining undeveloped industrial sites in Sydney’s western suburb of Seven Hills has sold under the hammer for $3 million.
The 3,691sqm corner landholding at 1 Prime Drive was sold surplus to the vendor’s requirements and with development plans in place, as well as the opportunity to landbank.
It is currently mostly cleared and has a prominent street frontage to Powers Road and Prime Drive in the industrial precinct, and is located close to Old Windsor Road, Prospect Highway and Westlink.
Paul James of Niemeyer Commercial Industrial Property marketed the site, which was auctioned by David Scholes of Auctionworks.
