Fitzroys agent Daniel Noonan negotiated the five-year lease with options, at $160,000 p.a. reflecting around $792 per sqm.
Noonan said Steer Bar and Grill were looking to improve the functionality of their operation and the 202 sqm space was more suitable than their existing premises.
“Previously occupied by Touché Hombre and Claremont Tonic, this space has a lot of potential with Claremont Street already home to booming businesses such as Two Birds One Stone and Zumbo Café.
“In addition, Steer Bar and Grill are looking to capitalise on the rapidly evolving location with the dramatic increase of residential development within the immediate area,” Noonan concluded.
