THE Urban Land Housing is launching Urban Real Estate Australia, with the new brand marking the company’s expansion into selling and managing new and established homes.
Urban Land Housing now operates 12 real estate offices across NSW and has a team of 130, with the group to open its 13th office next month in Box Hill, followed by an office in Leppington and further to come in the Hunter and Illawarra region.
Over the last three years, Urban Land Housing has sold around 2,000 properties each year including land, home and land packages and established homes. While currently having 1,200 properties under management.
“Over the years we have expanded our expertise and portfolio, venturing into the sale of new and established homes. To build on our reputation and expertise in New South Wales growth corridors, it was a natural progression to dedicate a separate business arm (Urban Real Estate) to enhance customer experience for those seeking to buy and sell homes,” said Chris Lowry, managing director for Urban Land Housing and Urban Real Estate.
“We offer clients a service that covers their entire real estate journey from land acquisition and reselling to property management and finance solutions. Urban Real Estate reflects our growth as a company and commitment to providing tailored services to our clients. The existing team is thrilled with the new brand.”
With Urban Land Housing set to continue helping developers master planned projects across NSW growth centres such as the Hunter, North West Sydney, Western Sydney, South West Sydney and the Illawarra, the new Urban Real Estate will operate concurrently in these areas.
“The focus is now to communicate to thousands of people in the locations where we operate that we can assist clients with anything they require in real estate. Our success lies in our ability to attract great people with a high performing attitude, shared vision, centrally located offices throughout key territories and ‘one team’ approach,” added Lowry.
“It is an exciting growth phase for the business as we aim to continue our integrated approach across growth corridors with the aim of increasing market share by above 20 percent. Recruiting quality people is an incredibly important part in helping us achieve our ambitious plans.”
Last November, Urban Land Housing appointed Trent Brewer as sales director to help the business reach these growth targets.
“Urban Real Estate’s intention is to create the perfect workspace, team support and digital platform for local real estate agents to build relationships with the local community and assist them in their real estate journey,” said Brewer.
The focus is to be the ‘go to agency brand’ for communities knowing that whichever agent they choose or property they appoint us to manage, they will receive the highest quality in terms of service and results, ultimately delivering a great financial return.”
Brewer brings 15 years of experience in real estate to the company, having worked in some of the country’s highest performing agencies.
“The team has worked hard to build a trusted professional brand concentrated on quality, creating maximum exposure for properties and results via effective marketing, smart technology, systems and procedures,” concluded Brewer.
“The two separate brands will also help us provide a more streamlined service to property developer clients with Urban Land Housing, as well as our communities via Urban Real Estate.”
