A VACANT South Melbourne commercial building has sold under the hammer for $3.34 million.
Simon Regan of Dixon Kestles sold the 429-431 Clarendon Street property, which attracted five bidders at auction and came down to three owner occupiers.
The 208sqm site has a 10.2-metre frontage and a two-level 410sqm building with ceiling heights of up to 5.7 metres. It offers retail and showroom space and offices spaces on the ground floor, and open-place office space on the first floor.
