An 11,000 sq ft showroom warehouse in a metropolitan Vancouver industrial area has been listed for sale by Comber Way Investment, Green Street News can reveal
The building, on nearly an acre at 13315 Comber Way in Surrey, is on the block for $11.5m. Lee & Associates has the marketing assignment.
The tenant, Windsor Plywood, is planning to vacate the property shortly. It’s in an industrial area in the city’s Newton area and offers quick access to 132 Street and 72 Avenue, two of the main thoroughfares.
The sales campaign touts the property as ideal for owner-operators given its location.
The building has 17-foot ceilings and two grade-level loading doors. There’s also ample parking, a fenced yard and a lunchroom.
