The property currently used as a professional business office has a site area of 80 sqm with a 5.4 metre street frontage. The property is currently occupied by an accountancy firm.
The purchaser is a local financial services business who will occupy the space which holds a Business 1 zoning.
Gray Johnson selling agent Ben Evans said the space is currently fitted out as two partitioned offices, additional open plan work space, plus a kitchenette and amenities.
“I was anticipating an owner-occupier or investor would see the potential here to secure this property at a price about $330,000,” he concluded.
