A TOTAL of 27 apartments in the Noosa Blue Resort in the Sunshine Coast have been sold for $4.65 million by Ray White Commercial.
Located on Noosa Hill at 16 Noosa Drive Noosa Heads the apartments were sold by Paul Hoskings, Marcus Knapp and Richard Forsyth, under instructions from Justin Walsh and Richard Dennis as receivers and managers.
Knapp said the apartments were purchased by Sydney-based investor group Omac Nominees Pty Ltd following a national tender campaign.
“The apartments were offered for sale individually or in parcels. Our marketing campaign resulted in large number of offers from all over Australia and we had a number of interested New South Wales buyers looking to purchase in one line,” he added.
Forsyth said the buyers intended to carry out refurbishments, which is one of the most popular destinations for Noosa holidaymakers.
Noosa Blue Resort comprises 64 luxury one bedroom self-contained contemporary suites and is situated just 450 metres from Noosa’s Main Beach and the renowned Hastings St tourist strip.
