SENTINEL Property Group has secured furniture retailer Early Settler to the Hunter Supa Centre at Rutherford in the Lower Hunter region of New South Wales.
Early Settler has committed to a 1,307 sqm of space on a five-year with a five-year option lease at a gross annual rental of $200,000 per annum.
Located at 343 New England Highway at Rutherford, near Maitland, 40km northwest of Newcastle and 160km north of Sydney, the 19,768 sqm centre plus 438 parking bays is set on a prominent 50,690 sqm site.
Sentinel acquired the centre in May last year and more than 85% of the centre is underpinned by national tenants, including Fantastic Furniture, Petbarn, Betta Electrical, Loot Homewares, The Outdoor Furniture Specialists, Bubs Baby Shops, Plush, Genesis Fitness and Repco.
