The hotel is currently managed by Mirvac Hotels and Resorts but is available with vacant possession.
Selling agent Jones Lang LaSalle’s senior vice president of investment sales Mark Durran is marketing the property on behalf of its Singaporean owners.
The hotel sits on a large 2,453 sqm site offering further alternate development potential and value-add opportunities in the longer term.
