A HOSE fittings and rubber products company has bought a new industrial building in Melbourne's western suburb of Derrimut, for owner occupation.
The $4.05 million transaction was negotiated by Savills divisional director David Norman on behalf developer Nikstan Constructions.
The 34 Buys Crt property comprises a high clearance, clearspan, 4643 sqm office and warehouse building including a 300 sqm office component with five on grade RSD’s on a 9630 sqm site.
Norman said the buyer was attracted by the site’s excellent exposure and location less than 300 metres from the Deer Park Bypass on/off ramps at Robinsons Road.
“This is a high quality office/warehouse in a prestigious industrial estate in a great location. The property really sold itself,” Norman said.
The sale is the second in as many weeks for vendor Nikstan following the sale of 40 Buys Crt to a private investor for $4.175 million.
