A SHOWROOM located within the Epping Homemaker Centre has been snapped up by an owner occupier for $1.85 million.
CVA Property Consultants` Anthony Carbone sold the property at 3/500-510 High St Epping in Melbourne`s north.
The 1,000 sqm showroom was sold to Mega Pet Warehouse.
Carbone said the sale price reflects a building rate of $1,850.00 per sqm.
