CBUS Property is poised to released a new residential apartment in North Melbourne next month.
Volaire, the 10-storey building on the doorstep of the North Melbourne train station will comprise 154 apartments.
Marketing agents Colliers International director of residential Brett Griffith said Volaire will represent the pinnacle of sleek, contemporary living in Melbourne’s inner north west.
