A CONDELL Park industrial site in Sydney’s south-west has sold to a private investor for $5.3 million.
CBRE agents Ryan Jennings and Tom Rourke sold the 12,100sqm site at 390-396 Marion St on behalf Marion Developments Pty Ltd.
The property comprises a building area of 4,000sqm, featuring a combination of older style high-clearance warehouses across three separate buildings.
The sale comes amidst developers and owner occupiers were vying for limited opportunities and record levels of demand for freestanding property in Sydney’s west as industrial and logistics users trend away from the tightening South Sydney and inner west industrial market, according to the agents.
“Western Sydney continues to be one of Sydney’s most sought after real estate markets, with both residential and commercial developers looking to gain a footprint in the tightly held area,” Jennings said.
