AN owner-occupier has purchased a strata-titled office and warehouse facility in Mulgrave, in Melbourne’s south-east, for $580,000.
The purchaser will use the 320sqm, single-level corner facility at 29 Glenvale Crescent for their business in the home decoration sector.
Savills’ Daniel Kelly, who sold the property located in Enterprise Park, said the $1,812sqm rate was a benchmark result for this type of strata property.
He said Enterprise Park was a well-maintained estate with unlimited parking and quality local amenity and with easy access via Springvale Road to the Monash Freeway or Eastlink.
“This is a great little building with an excellent fit-out, a roller door hidden away at the rear and plenty of on-site parking and well located to key arterials,” he said. “It was an exceptional property well suited to any number of buyers and the price reflected that.”
Vendor Selpak Automotive has moved to a larger facility in Clayton.
