NEWLAND Developers has completed the sale of all 42 blocks in stage one of its Altitude Aspire residential estate in Terranora, on the northern border of New South Wales.
Earthworks and civil works on stage one started recently, with construction expected to be complete early next year.
Stage two has now been released to the market and comprises 28 allotments ranging from 514sqm to 730sqm, priced from $320,000 to $380,000.
The estate covers around 37 hectares and comprises around 280 allotments and islocated off Fraser Drive in the highly sought-after suburb of Terranora, just south of the Gold Coast and in close proximity to Tweed Heads.
Altitude Aspire marketing agent Lance Cotterill of North Estate Agents said the development has been very well accepted in the market place, with initial strong buyer interest intensifying since earthworks commenced.
“We have been fielding sales inquiries from a broad range of demographics including first home buyers, families wanting to build their dream home, upgraders, second and third home purchasers, retirees, builders and investors,” Cotterill said.
“The price range of lots at Altitude Aspire has been well accepted in the market place due to the limited supply of land available in Tweed Heads and the estate’s prime location,” he added.
House and land packages start from $605,000 for a minimum-sized 240sqm house, including a double garage and extras.
“An added benefit is that purchasers building their own home at Altitude Aspire could pay up to $13,000 less in stamp duty on a $605,000 package compared to an existing home at the same price, because stamp duty is payable only on the land value,” Cotterill said. “Another advantage is the NSW Government New Home Grant rebate of $5000 to approved purchasers who build within 26 weeks after the registration of titles.”
Cotterill said purchasers at Altitude Aspire also have the convenience of not having to settle until approximately mid-2017, giving them plenty of time to sell their current home.
“Landscaped parklands incorporating community facilities and walking trails will also be a feature of Altitude Aspire to ensure there is a sense of community in this premium estate,” he concluded.
