A 4,056sqm office and workshop site in Adelaide’s southern industrial suburb of Lonsdale has sold for $520,000.
The 16 Scarborough Way property comprises four workshops of 200sqm each and a 432sqm office space, as well as bathroom amenities and kitchen.
It was sold with a lease returning $52,363 per annum.
Jenny Howkins of Southern Commercial Group Lonsdale negotiated the deal.
