CBRE has appointed former Liverpool Mayor Ned Mannoun as associate director to its South West Sydney metropolitan investment properties team.
Mannoun joins the team following four years as Mayor of Liverpool.
CBRE managing director, Western Sydney & South Sydney, Frank Oliveri said Mannoun’s appointment will add further firepower to the team.
“During his eight years as a locally elected representative, Ned has established a reputation for supporting the ongoing development of the Western Sydney region. This includes outspoken support for the new Badgerys Creek Airport and the encouraging educational institutions such as the University of Wollongong and Western Sydney University to establish Liverpool campuses.
“In addition to growing CBRE’s presence in the Metro markets, Ned’s widespread involvement in the south west will also be a great support to other business lines including our Industrial, Office Services and Asset Management teams.” Oliveri said.
