LOCAL developer Romeciti has acquired a one-hectare Macquarie Park site in Sydney’s north-west for a new residential project.
The local developer picked up the 82 Waterloo Road site, close to Macquarie Centre and Macquarie University Station, saying the suburb had become Sydney’s “most sought after address” because of population growth, high-paying jobs and quality education.
Romeciti intends to make the adjacent green open space and creek a feature of the new development. The company has just released the latest offering of its Eastwood Central development, with 3,600sqm of internal gardens and sky gardens. The development’s launch in December 2015 saw $100 million of real estate sold in 90 minutes.
