AN investor has seen value in a Cash Converters Rockingham property, acquiring the asset for $2.15 million.
The 1,557sqm property at 12 Commodore Drive Rockingham, south of Fremantle sold with a lease to Cash Converters expiring at the end of October 2023 and an adjoining tenancy with a new five-year lease, returning a combined $152,658.84 per annum.
The sale price reflected a 7.1% yield.
Burgess Rawson’s Rob Selid and Luke Randazzo sold the property.
It features exposure to Patterson Road, and is located close to the Rockingham commercial precinct and beachfront.
