GORMANKELLY’s Aldo Galante has sold a vacant Mont Albert retail and showroom property for $1.115 million under the hammer.
The 194sqm 677 Whitehorse Road site comprises a single-level building of 218sqm including basement space with rear laneway access.
Galante said a local family who have lived in the area for 26 years purchased the property to renovate and open a family-run food business.
“As expected, the campaign garnered strong interest from owner occupiers who were attracted to the property’s main road exposure,” Galante said.
The property sold on a building rate of $6,650 per sqm, excluding basement, and land rate of $5,474 per sqm.
