The 1,000 sqm building at 1/180 Whitehorse Road sold with a lease over the first-floor office to Unidex Consulting Pty Ltd, trading as Frontline Human Resources, and paying $117,900 per annum.
The ground floor showroom and warehouse space was offered with vacant possession.
Ian Angelico and Stan Dawidowski of CVA negotiated the sale on behalf of a syndicate of investors that acquired the property 12 years ago in a deal also handled by CVA.
The property has rear common loading, basement car parking for 20 vehicles and illuminated signage.
It is located close to the Whitehorse Road retail precinct, known as the Mega Mile, with surrounding tenants including Lexus, Nissan, Bunnings Warehouse, Toyota, Mitsubishi, KFC and McDonald’s.
