A LOCAL owner occupier has secured a 2,600 sqm office and warehouse facility in Melbourne’s Campbellfield for $2.1 million.
Leo Mancino and Anthony Carbone of CVA negotiated the private sale of 57-65 Paulson Road, which the agents said was contested heavily by two interested parties.
The property encompasses a 4,180 sqm site and has a hardstand area of 1,394 sqm, and a 68-metre frontage to Paulson Road.
