CHEMIST Warehouse will open its fourth store on Sydney’s northern beaches at the former Col Crawford Holden dealership site in Brookvale.
The pharmacy chain signed a five-year lease with a five-year option over a corner space at 2-4 Roger Street, with a further 410 sqm still available.
Amy Pfeiffer of CBRE negotiated the deal at around $500 per sqm on behalf of Col Crawford Pty Ltd.
Col Crawford Holden had occupied the site for decades and has relocated.
The site has exposure to Pittwater Road and Cross Street and has parking for 18 vehicles, and is adjacent to marine and leisure supplies retailer Whitworths.
“Previously home to one of the northern beaches’ most well-known car dealerships, the site is arguably one of the best retail locations in Brookvale. The proximity of the premises to both Warringah Mall and Pittwater Road was a major drawcard for the national chemist retailer,” Pfeiffer said.
