OPTUS Business Centre Tullamarine has leased a two-level light-filled office near Melbourne Airport.
Matthew Alderman and Craig McKellar of CVA leased the 191 sqm premises at Unit 2, 8-12 Butler Way for three years with one further three-year term at $45,000 per annum plus GST, equating to a building rate of $235 per sqm.
The property has fully fitted and glass partitioned offices and ample on-site parking, and is close to the Tullamarine Freeway.
