INGENIA Communities has expanded its affordable rental offering now to four major locations across greater Brisbane after revealing its new Taigum site.
Located in Brisbane’s north and operating previously as Colonial Village, Ingenia Rental Taigum has an existing mix of self-contained cabins and motel rooms available for short or long term leases.
Nikki Fisher, Ingenia Communities chief operating officer, said the previous owners had been running the site for over 30 years and had built a significant community.
“The unique accommodation mix has also allowed us to create our first dual-branded community, with the integration of 46 Ingenia Holidays tourist cabins and motel suites, in addition to the 84 one and two bedroom self-contained cabins offered by Ingenia Rental.”
Ingenia Rentals began operations in 2017.
ASX-listed Ingenia recently acquired a portfolio of six holiday communities and development sites for $102.7 million, and raised more than $131 million from investors.
Combined, the acquisitions include 540 income producing sites and 640 potential development sites, taking the group’s development pipeline to 3,873 potential new homes.
