Pilpel Printing is selling its long-term former warehouse site, unlocking more than 1,500 sqm of Perth CBD land for development.
Currently, 148-150 Beaufort Street is leased until August 2022 to Aus Top Direct with an option to extend. Pilpel Printing has owned the property for over 30 years.
Ray White Commercial WA’s Brett Wilkins, who is marketing the 1,523 sqm site with Lease Equity’s Luke Pavlos, said the property is a significant strategic landholding in Perth’s rapidly developing cultural precinct with a functional office and warehouse suitable for owner occupation or holding investment. The warehouse features truss highs from 4.5 to eight metres, while the site sees over 12,000 cars passing per day.
“The locality has undergone vast improvement in recent years with developments such as the WA Museum, Oracle Apartments and the Student Housing Company adding significant density,” Pavlos said. A DA and CC approved development site, located at 433-437 Pacific Highway, Asquith with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom residential apartments is being offered to market.
The 1,873sqm corner and rectangular land holding, sits moments from the Asquith Town Centre and Train Station and within close proximity of the Hornsby town centre.
Cameron Fitzgerald and Anthony Pirrottina of Knight Frank are managing the sale of the Asquith site via an expressions of interest campaign, which is set to close on 30 September.
