SYDNEY property developer Addenbrooke has sold the former headquarters of Italian eatery Fratelli Fresh and Danks Street Markets on Danks Street in Waterloo for more than $25 million.
The inner-Sydney site at 3-7 Danks Street encompasses 2,125 sqm and sold to a local investor and developer who will look to reposition the warehouse into boutique office space.
CBRE’s Harry George and Scott Gray-Spencer marketed property, which has a two-storey building with a gross floor area of 4,250sqm.
The building offered mixed use development, including commercial office, showroom and retail potential.
