A CITY fringe office and retail space in Melbourne’s inner-northern suburb of Coburg has been leased at a building rate of $329 per sqm.
Craig McKellar and Leo Mancino of CVA negotiated the 2+2+2-year deal for the 85sqm space at 131 Bell Street at $28,000 per annum.
The building comprises partitioned offices, a reception area and two on-site car spaces, plus access to a large public car park at the rear of the property.
The property is close to the corner of Bell Street and Sydney Road, and near national retailers including Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse and the Coburg Market.
