THE pizza shop from the infamous Fat Pizza Australian TV series has been sold, together with its adjoining retail premises in Lane Cove, on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, for $2.31 million.
The properties at 320-322 Pacific Highway cover a corner site area of 442sqm were offered in one line with potential for residential development, zoned R4 High Density Residential and with a possible height limit of 12 metres.
It was the first time the properties had been offered to the market since the mid 1950s. They also include a residential tenancy, making for a combined holding income of $91,291.44 per annum plus GST.
Nick Moloney of Raine & Horne Commercial North Sydney marketed the property, which was auctioned by David Scholes of Auctionworks.
