Located 25 Caloundra Rd West Caloundra, the property was sold by Ray White Commercial`s Len Greedy and Alan Gray. The property comprises 2,139 sqm of land area and is currently leased to Rolling Home Caravans.
“The property was purchased by a local investor who considered the site an ideal addition to their expanding commercial property portfolio,” Greedy said.
