A SINGLE-level retail property near Camberwell Junction in Melbourne’s inner east has changed hands at auction at a circa 4% yield.
Aldo Galante and Lucy Martin of Gorman Kelly sold 421 Riversdale Road in Hawthorn East to a local investor, on behalf of a long-term owner of more than 30 years.
The property comprises a 120 sqm building that has recently been leased on a new five-year deal at $25,461.60 per annum net.
