A PRIVATE investor has paid $1.75 million for an office warehouse strata unit in a commercial complex at Hendra in Brisbane’s inner north-east,
The 640 sqm property at 13/191 Hedley Avenue Hendra, was sold by Ray White Commercials Jared Doyle.
Doyle said the price reflects a yield of 7.65%.
“The vendors decided to sell the asset to re-invest into their business,” he said. “The building is being leased back on a 5 + 5 year term for a net rental of $134,000 per annum,”
“The air-conditioned unit has approximately 490 sqm of office space over two levels and approximately 150 sqm of warehouse storage area with electric container height roller door access.
“The unit comes with 15 exclusive on-site car spaces while there is plenty of off-street parking available.” Doyle concluded.
