AFTER 28 years, owners of a Kew retail property in Melbourne’s inner eastern suburbs have sold the specialised butcher and takeaway shop for $750,000.
Aldo Galante and Nick Breheny of GormanKelly sold 126 Cotham Rd at auction, which has a 90 sqm single level building.
The property has a five year lease plus a five year option that currently returns a net annual rent of $37,420 plus GST.
