THE Local Government Super has sold SKM House at St Leonards in Sydney's north shore to private equity group Altis Property Partners for $42 million.
Located at 100 Christie St, the property comprises 10,000 sqm of space and car parking for 74 vehicles. It is fully leased to Sinclair Knight Merz until 2016.
Built in 1985, the property was recently refurbished and was awarded a 6 star NABERS rating.
This is the second acquisition by Altis, which recently acquired the Century Centre in Parramatta in Sydney’s west for $47.5 million from Capital Corporation.
