STOCK broking and research firm, Lonsec, is moving to the upper end of Collins St in Melbourne's CBD, securing space at Mirvac's 90 Collins.
Savills Australia’s associate director Louis Nicoll negotiated the lease for Level 7 at 90 Collins St, comprising 1,139 sqm of office space.
The property was leased on an eight-year term. The rental was not disclosed.
Rents in the vicinity have been negotiated at more than $450 per sqm net.
Nicoll said the tenant, previously located at 500 Collins St, had sought a larger floorplate in a new tenancy, which gave it the ability to customize the fit-out in a refurbished A grade building.
She added that the company was also attracted to the east end location, which better reflected its corporate image.
