A LOCAL developer has picked up a 1,719 sqm Mitcham site with subdivision potential for $1.9 million under the hammer.
The north-facing, elevated allotment at 14 Wooddale Grove in Melbourne’s eastern middle-ring sold with an existing 1950s three-bedroom home and two-bedroom bungalow.
Stan Dawidowski of CVA and Jeffrey Anderson of Century 21 Box Hill handled the auction campaign, in the first time the property had been offered to the market since 1958.
The sale price reflected a land rate of $1,105.29 per sqm.
