THE New South Wales government has offloaded four Millers Point terraces for a total of $12.243 million.
The four properties sold were:
– 82 Kent St (four bedrooms) – sold for $2.48m
– 48 Kent St (two bedrooms) – sold for $1.538m
– 7 Lower Fort St (six bedrooms) – sold for $4.7m
– 30 Merriman St (three bedrooms) – sold for $3.525m
A total of 94 Millers Point properties have been sold to date totalling $264 million.
Proceeds from the sales will fund 1,500 new social housing dwellings across the State, with over 600 new fit-for-purpose social housing dwellings funded to date.
