OPAL Minded has sub-leased a 39sqm office space within The Trust Building on king Street in Sydney’s CBD from a gold dealer.
Ray White Commercial’s Elizabeth Braithwaite negotiated the 10-month lease for suite 3.03 of 155 King Street at $680 per sqm gross.
Opal Minded currently has a shop in The Rocks.
The distinctive Trust building is on the corner of Castlereagh Street and was constructed during World War 1 to be the home offices of the Daily Telegraph.
