WESTERN Australian tyre fitting company OTR Tyres will be relocating within Bellevue, east of Perth, after acquiring a 1.2-hectare site for $2.845 million.
Martin Vogt of Colliers International negotiated the sale of 113 Clayton Street, and said the transaction was a good example of the confidence starting to return to Perth’s industrial property market.
Zoned General Industrial, the site includes 4,200 sqm of improvements and features dual access and room for vehicle reticulation.
“In recent months there has been an increase in interest from owner occupiers and they are seeking industrial assets with functional improvements that can easily be adapted to their businesses,” Vogt said. “Most of the industrial land in Bellevue is located on the western side of Clayton Street but this was quite a unique site located in a small industrial pocket east of Roe Highway.”
The transaction reflected a land value of $232 per sqm.
