Oxford Properties has made leadership changes in the U.S. and Canada, PERE reported, citing an internal memo.
According to the report, the company is strengthening its regional businesses to prepare for improvements in the real estate market.
Randy Hoffman has been promoted to lead the company’s U.S. business, with responsibility for investments, asset management and development. Before, he was head of North American investments. Hoffman will report to chief investment officer Chad Remis.
Ankit Bhatt is now head of U.S. investments, and Tyler MacDonald took the reins for the U.S. life-sciences business division, in addition to managing the hotel platform.
Bhatt and MacDonald report to Hoffman, as will North American industrial head Jeff Miller and U.S. leasing and operations vice president Brian Barriero.
Tyler Seaman has been appointed head of Canada. He has been with the company for 18 years and most recently led the Canadian office, retail and residential portfolio.
Milos Dajic will lead Canadian investments, reporting to Seaman. Sherif Masood will lead Oxford’s Canadian development business and oversee asset management.
