A LOCAL investor has acquired a showroom and warehouse property in Melbourne’s western growth suburb of Point Cook for $5.701 million.

Craig McKellar and Robert Cubelic of CVA negotiated the sale following an expression of interest campaign that saw “over 20 genuine parties taking interest”.
The site is located close to Williams Landing train station, Palmers Road and the West Gate Freeway.
The sale price reflected a building rate of $1,809.84 per sqm and a land rate of $1.046.61 per sqm.
