BB Retail Capital, the parent company for brands Bras N Things and Diva, has taken up a double tenancy on Rundle Mall.
Shop four and five located at 80-88 Rundle Mall have a combined total of 317 sqm which is split between fashion jewellery retailer Diva and leading lingerie brand Bras N Things.
CB Richard Ellis’ Julia Pottenger negotiated the 10 year lease on behalf of the Melbourne based Ruby Group. The dual lease is timed to end when the adjacent Woolworths lease expires.
“Diva will be relocating from The Myer Centre Adelaide with BB Retail Capital’s Lovisa jewellery brand set to move into the space.
“There are currently a number of opportunities on the Mall with sub lease space in 10 Rundle Mall becoming available following the relocation of Globalize to the first floor of the Regent Arcade,” she added.
