THE former NAB headquarters at 271 Collins St in Melbourne is fully leased.
Two tenants have secured the remaining space within the 31,000 sqm office tower.
Redbubble has taken 278 sqm and online restaurant reviewer Zomato will occupy 1,144 sqm and a roof terrace.
Fitzroys negotiated the two deal said the property had attracted high-profile tenants looking to utilise its absolute central location, its practical layout and its market-sensitive pricing.
“Even in uncertain economic and above-average vacancy conditions, it is our experience that tenants gravitate towards appropriately-benchmarked rents and to buildings that provide good base-build amenities such as kitchens and showers on every floor,” the agency said.
Fitzroys and Colliers International were the joint office leasing agents of the property. Other occupiers include Optus, Oakton, HSBC, Serco and Monash College.
