East Asia Holdings is selling a fully leased shopping plaza on one of Vancouver’s busiest streets listed for $14m, Green Street News can reveal.
Plaza Cambie 15, at 3080 Cambie Street, spans 6,000 sq ft. Dorset Realty Group is marketing the six-unit property, touting its high-traffic location and strong tenant mix. Net operating income is about $227,000.
The sales campaign highlights the property’s “excellent holding income” and the possibility of being redeveloped into a high-density project with a maximum height of 15 storeys. Tenants include Kay Nail Atelier, Shiro Japanese Restaurant and The Pet Shop.
On the corner of West 15th Avenue and Cambie Street, the plaza is a kilometre north of King Edward SkyTrain station and 600 m south of Broadway SkyTrain station. Vancouver General Hospital and Vancouver City Hall are within 500 m.
