THE latest residential development, Alarah, in Melbourne’s south east has been given the greenlight.
The Alarah residential estate will comprise approximately 250-lots.
The developer, Wolfdene’s managing director Michael Goldthorp, said the planning permit will bring welcome relief to potential buyers in the region, with mounting registrations of interest indicating pent up demand for Alarah’s premium land.
The first stage of allotments will be going on the market as soon as next month and earthworks will start in June.
“The estate’s green light, coupled with the State Government’s approval for the progressive ‘Cranbourne West Precinct Structure Plan’ last month, will ensure this region of the south east fast becomes the go-to area of Casey,” he added.
Located in Cranbourne West, Alarah will directly benefit from the first class facilities and amenity that will be generated through the Cranbourne West PSP, which will include retail, commercial, employment, education and community infrastructure; all earmarked within walking distance of the estate.
Incorporating sustainability and a green outlook on design, Alarah will provide class A recycled water delivered direct to every home-site, as well as a central parkland area framed by mature trees, to ensure residents benefit from a green vista sooner than later.
Alarah will showcase approximately 250 affordable allotments starting from approximately $177,500 and ranging from 350 sqm to 859 sqm.
